In addition, you will have the option to choose if a backup of the inbound emails will stay on our servers or not. The main benefit of this option is you will always have a backup on your server if something happens with the other email address or if it isn't active for reasons unknown at the time an email message is forwarded. When the feature not active, an email will be received, forwarded and erased from our system regardless of whether the remote e-mail address is operating or not, so it is actually a good idea for it to be active just to be on the safe side.

Forwarding an e-mail address located on our servers can be very easy if you have a semi-dedicated server plan with our company and it will not require you more than a couple of mouse clicks to create. This can be done from the Emails part of the Hepsia Hosting Control Panel and you will be able to keep an eye on the mailboxes that are being forwarded and where the e-mails will be sent with a glance. The option can be enabled and disabled for each of the mailboxes in your account. You can also enable or disable a useful feature that we provide - a backup of the e-mails being sent through our system can stay on the server. By doing this, you will also have a backup of your incoming messages and you'll not have to be worried about losing any info. In case you keep this option deactivated, you run the risk of losing email messages if there's an issue with the remote mailbox.
